Last year I had the pleasure of photographing Karen and Walter's intimate wedding at the Colonel Blackinton Inn in Attleboro, MA. I can't believe it's been a full year since then! Here's to wishing the happy couple a very happy anniversary!
Earlier this month I had the pleasure of photographing Karen and Walter's intimate wedding at the Colonel Blackinton Inn in Attleboro, MA. This couple definitely had karma on their side because rain was slotted for the whole day but when the morning came, we actually found patches of time where the rain was only a faint drizzle, barely noticeable really, so that we could walk across the street to a lovely park and photograph this beautiful couple outside on their wedding day. We were able to sneak out again after their vows to the front porch of the inn to take some special photograph's with the groom's daughter and bride's step daughter. This little munchkin was so adorable to photograph.

This wedding is part of my series of intimate weddings. Congratulations, Laura and Fred! I am so honored to have been a part of this beautiful couple's elopement last week at the Weston Town Hall. I met up with Laura and Fred to capture their elopement ceremony and some portraits of the newlyweds. And let me say, they were so much fun to work with. Not only were they super adorable together, snuggling up for portraits and laughing the whole time, but they also completely embraced the rainy weather. While it was just a drizzle, it was definitely constant and it didn't phase these two for a second. After all, it also brought with it some really beautiful overcast skies, a photographer's dream for an 11am wedding.
The ceremony took place on the steps of Lanson Park, with the beautiful Town Hall building just behind us. We utilized the building's classic charm, the red brick and stone pillars and ventured around Lason Park to capture the summer time greenery. On the way in, I also spotted a gorgeous stone wall covered in ivy at a nearby church, The First Parish Church in Weston, so we hopped in the car to capture some images with the beautiful background as well.
While I was only with Laura and Fred for an hour, I can easily say that it was a total pleasure to photograph them on their wedding day. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
