Matt and Barbara are two of the kindest, most beautiful spirited people I have ever met. When Matt asked me to photograph his proposal to Barbara after his 6:30am yoga class at JP Centre Yoga last Thursday - one year after they met in that same class - of course I said yes. The more important yes came just a bit after. Here is their proposal story. {Warning: Have tissues ready.}

These past 10 months have been amazing. My first full wedding season in 2014 felt like what can only be described as the honeymoon phase of owning a new business. Thankfully, I'm still riding in that bliss and have a feeling that I will for a really, really long time. In my 2014 season, I got to work with really incredible, beautiful people. The kind of people who have become my friends. The kind of people who write make-me-smile-ear-to-ear reviews. The kind of people who gave me this award.
I cannot tell you how much I thank you, not just for the reviews and the award, but for all of the moments; for bringing me into your life, into your family, into your wedding day. I feel honored that I was chosen to capture it. I feel honored to have been a part of countless award winning moments.
