Lali & Kati are two of the most in love people I have ever photographed. They met during Pride 5 years ago and celebrated their wedding during Pride 2014, still just as smitten as the day they met. They are incredibly affectionate and incredibly kind.

Every detail of this completely vegan wedding was handmade by the brides with care, from the bouquets to the centerpieces.

And, at the end of the night, a young man walked by the outside of the venue with a rainbow flag in his hands and told us he had just been celebrating all day at Pride. The brides immediately invited him over for photos and a cupcake! It was the perfect way to end the evening.

Congratulations to Lali & Kati! So much love to you both!

Tim & Annie are beautiful inside and out and once you meet their families, you know where it all comes from. This wedding defined JCrew prep and elegance. Better still, the love and support of their family and friends was palpable.

I felt so honored to be a part of their big day.

Lynn, MA & Salem, MA Wedding of Melissa & Forrest

Location: The Rose Garden at Lynn Woods and Finz Restaurant in Salem, MA

It truly is such a small, lovely world. When Melissa reached out to me she said, "You took a photograph of my mother and I holding hands at Yogathon." With over 1,000 yogis participating in this annual charity event, you'd think I wouldn't remember but of course it was such a beautiful moment, I knew just what she was referring to.

When you meet with Melissa and Forrest, you see pure joy. They are the definition of always happy, always smiling. And even more than a wedding, they were planning for the birth of their baby this August. The ceremony was particularly exciting as they planned their gender reveal. When they cut their first piece of wedding cake to find pink frosting, they learned they were having a baby girl!

And, I can't help but mention that this wedding was completely vegetarian (just like me! ;)). Melissa has been vegan for many years and Forrest joined her by becoming a vegetarian soon after they began dating. Melissa's brother's toast joked that of course Melissa would bring home a man over 6' tall named Forrest!! :)

Oneonta, NY Wedding of Simone & Cliff at The Carriage House

Simone & Cliff are absolutely adorable, loving people. And their snowy winter engagement shoot brought out their carefree, down to earth attitudes that were such a joy to be around. I knew from that day that their wedding day would be just lovely and stress-free (as far as weddings go, at least!).

Simone planned every detail with perfection. When you see the photos of the vintage DIY coffee jar centerpieces atop old books, with fresh baby's breath and carnations, you will see what I mean. Her Dad built a macro chalkboard and her sister hand wrote the guest names with perfection. Simone even hand painted a tree where their guests could sign and write well wishes on the leafs! Gorgeous. This should qualify as professional DIY!

One of the most lovely parts was watching Cliff's dad, Pastor Cliff, perform their ceremony under a hand build wedding arch that he had renewed his own vows under with his wife just a few years prior.
