Introducing On The Spot Well-Being {FREE Yoga Class Offer}

Drum roll please.... I am so excited to share this news! Allison Burke has launched an amazing new business, On The Spot Well-Being, a corporate wellness company specializing in on-site yoga classes at your workplace. And, right now she is offering a FREE introductory class.  You can sign-up directly on her website. I first met Allison at a photo shoot for Radiant Yoga Boston a few years ago and totally fell in love with her positive and down to earth attitude. I was so excited when she reached out to work together to promote her new business. From my past corporate world life, I can clearly state that yoga at the workplace would have been a huge benefit to all employees!

Allison is an experienced 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), and has been teaching in and around Boston for the past 3 years.

Lexington, MA Yoga Photo Shoot at Lexington Power Yoga {Molly Powers}

I absolutely love partnering with Lexington Power Yoga and their amazing team of teachers. For this session, I worked with the lovely Molly Powers. Molly is a yoga teacher, psychic medium and reiki healer. You can learn more about her on her website, Powers of Healing. For this session, we were looking to update her yoga photography for her website and marketing materials. We had so much fun working together and creating some beautiful imagery. {I also loved sharing with her that since my mom has done reiki on me since I was a child, I had always thought that she invented it. I only learned in yoga teacher training in 2011 that it was bigger than just my mom and sisters.} Enjoy!

Lexington, MA Yoga Photo Shoot (On The Spot Yoga w/ Allison Burke}

One thing I love about the yoga community in Boston is that it is full of entrepreneurs looking to share amazing concepts, products, services, missions and more with the greater community. Allison Burke founded On The Spot Yoga with the idea of bringing yoga classes to you! That's right, she and her amazing team travel to you to teach yoga on your schedule. Personally, after six previous years of corporate life, I cannot tell you what I would have given to have yoga in my office at lunch time or even right before or after working hours. {Well, actually, I have to admit I frequented the lunch time classes at Stil in Dedham often but not everyone is fortunate enough to have a yoga studio next door to their office.} Allison wanted to create some photography to use in marketing her business and I am so excited to share a peak at the results with you! A huge thank you to the beautiful Lexington Power Yoga for allowing us to use their space.... ahem, we totally shot in a corporate office, can't you tell? ;) Enjoy!
