Durham, NH Wedding at the Three Chimneys Inn {Diane + Dan}

I am excited to share Diane and Dan's summer wedding in New Hampshire with you today! Diane and Dan are two of the kindest people I've ever met. They are so devoted to their family and friends, to their community, their church, and to their country. Dan served in the Marines and I actually met them through through one of Dan's roommates in the Marines who is now married to one of my closest friends. I'm lucky I did because I loved capturing and being a part of this beautiful wedding.

When it comes to details, I was absolutely smitten with Diane's dresses. {Yes, two!} She had a gorgeous lace ceremony dress and a big reveal fun party dress for the reception. Diane had the idea to do a first-look-esque moment to reveal her second dress to Dan and it was one of the sweetest things I've ever photographed. I absolutely loved sneaking away with the couple for a bit to capture the intimate moment.

And, for all of you DIYers out there, she actually made her and her bridesmaids' bouquets out of broaches! They were like nothing I have ever seen before. I love when couples add unique elements to their wedding day to make it truly their own. You'll also see below that in lieu of traditional getting ready photographs with Dan, he chose to spend the morning enjoying the Independence Day parade in Exeter, the location where the Declaration of Independence was delivered in 1776! The timing and location couldn't have been better!

Diane and Dan got married at their church in Exeter, NH and held their reception at Three Chimneys Inn in Durham. I'd be remiss to not mention Julie Jensen of Something Bleu because she was so incredibly helpful as their Day Of Coordinator. I highly recommend her to those getting married in New England. Having someone on hand can be such a help! Everything went off without a hitch and I'm so excited to now share a collection of their wedding day photographs with you!

I also would like to take a moment to offer my heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Dan and Diane recently lost Diane's mother's long-term boyfriend, Jim Muir. And while I only had the pleasure of meeting him on this one day, I can say that he was incredibly kind to me, a joy to have around, and someone who was smiling the entire day. My heart reaches out to all of yours during this sad time. For those feeling inspired, you can donate to his GoFundMe page that has helped to cover the funeral costs.

I'd like to extend a huge thank you to all of the vendors who were lovely to work with!

I am so excited to share a few previews from Samantha and Michael's gorgeous wedding day this past May. Sam and Mike chose The Barn at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA for their rustic themed barn wedding. The girls wore brilliant red bridesmaids gowns that photographed like a dream and the groomsmen touted dapper grey suits with small succulent boutonnières. {You may already know, I am a sucker for succulents.} Les Fleurs decorated the day not only with gorgeous bouquets for the bride and bridal party but also with a beautiful ladder archway arrangement for the ceremony that was completely stunning. I am constantly in awe of florists' abilities to transform a space with their creations. Speaking of, I am thrilled to share that Lizzie Baker Designs created the most beautiful paper succulent place cards for this wedding. They were just so unbelievably beautiful. {Lizzie not only created all of the bouquets and boutonnières for my wedding but also is a close personal friend and I can't help but gush over her amazing work. My jaw is constantly on the floor when she shows me her designs.} These florals are some of my very favorites of her creations.

Sam and Mike were just amazing to work with, super happy, so in love, and completely radiant on their wedding day. They both had the absolute best smiles during their ceremony and I am pretty sure there wasn't a dry eye in the crowd when the two of them read their personalized wedding vows.

I absolutely loved being a part of their beautiful wedding day. Without further ado, please enjoy some photographs from Sam and Mike's wedding.

Bedford, NH Wedding at the Manchester Country Club {Abbey + Nate}

I am so glad that Abbey and Nate contacted me to photograph their intimate wedding last month. In met up with the couple in the morning at Abbey's mom's house to photograph the two of them sharing some moments ahead of time together. And then, with family and close friends, Abbey and Nate tied the knot on the patio of the Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH. My favorite part of the day was seeing how incredibly smitten these two are with each other. I continually find it to be amazing that my job allows me to peek into others' worlds to witness such love. Congratulations, Abbey and Nate!

Borrowed & Blue - French-Inspired Farm Fête in Canton by Tracy Rodriguez Photography

I am over the moon excited to share that my first wedding was published on Borrowed & Blue! I am extremely honored that this beautiful wedding blog selected Matt and Barbara's Pequitside Farm brunch wedding to feature this month. From Barbara's beautiful Moonstone and Moss bouquet to the Paris Creperie catered brunch, this wedding had the most exquisite details in a completely fun-filled, lovable and historic setting. The pine covered path set a gorgeous backdrop for the couple's portraits and the historic home and large white tent on the lawn were picturesque for getting ready and reception. I absolutely loved being a part of it.

If you'd like to read more about their wedding day, you can see Matt and Barbara's blog post for all the details including a list of vendors.
