Borrowed & Blue - Playful Summer Nuptials at Camp Claire by Tracy Rodriguez Photography

CT Wedding Photography by Tracy Rodriguez Photography

I am thrilled to see Caitlin and Matt's gorgeous wedding featured on the Borrowed and Blue wedding blog! It's my first to be featured in their "Gold Coast" section, highlighting all weddings in the CT shoreline counties. Caitlin and Matt were married at the Old Saybrook Congregational Church and hosted a playful DIY wedding at Camp Claire, in Old Lyme, CT with food trucks and all details camp-style. Photographs by the lake were a must and some of my favorites were shot with the deep greens of the wooded area as our backdrop. It was a beautiful day and one I am so happy to see featured.

If you'd like to read more about their wedding day, you can see Caitlin and Matt's blog post for all the details including a list of vendors.

Borrowed & Blue - French-Inspired Farm Fête in Canton by Tracy Rodriguez Photography

I am over the moon excited to share that my first wedding was published on Borrowed & Blue! I am extremely honored that this beautiful wedding blog selected Matt and Barbara's Pequitside Farm brunch wedding to feature this month. From Barbara's beautiful Moonstone and Moss bouquet to the Paris Creperie catered brunch, this wedding had the most exquisite details in a completely fun-filled, lovable and historic setting. The pine covered path set a gorgeous backdrop for the couple's portraits and the historic home and large white tent on the lawn were picturesque for getting ready and reception. I absolutely loved being a part of it.

If you'd like to read more about their wedding day, you can see Matt and Barbara's blog post for all the details including a list of vendors.

Alexandra and Peter - Plimoth Plantation, Plymouth, MA 2015

Alexandra and Peter - Plimoth Plantation, Plymouth, MA 2015

I knew while photographing this shot of Alexandra and Peter that it was going to be something special. The gentle breeze was just perfect enough to hold Alexandra's gorgeous floor-length veil in the air. {And thanks to my second shooter, MC, for giving it the initial lift and then literally jumping out of the shot! Yes, that's how these shots are created!} But I think it's their genuine kiss that makes this image prize worthy! Click through to see more from their gorgeous Plimoth Plantation wedding in Plymouth, MA. {Kayleigh and Eddie, I cannot wait to photograph your Plimoth Plantation wedding later this year!}

And now for the photographs that placed in the top 20% and top 30%. Shout out to the lovely Caitlin and Matt, Barbara and Matt and Melissa and Paul!

Cambridge, MA Private Home Wedding {Mariana and Michael}

This wedding has been featured on Borrowed & Blue!

This wedding has been featured on Borrowed & Blue!

I photograph weddings to see love like this. Mariana and Michael were absolutely amazing to work with; they were so kind and sweet and fun on their wedding day, but I mainly loved working with them so much because they were also so genuine and so in love. They held each other's hands tightly, leaned their heads into each other genuinely, and made each other smile, laugh and fill with emotion without any queueing on my side. We found a lattice covered walkway in front of a charming Cambridge home as well as a brick path to provide the backdrops for their portraits. This gorgeous couple photographed like a dream and I especially loved Mariana's BHLDN dress and Winston Flowers bridal bouquet.

Mariana and Michael had an intimate wedding, held at a private residence in Cambridge, MA. Their officiant, Carola Eisenberg, a close family friend, is a remarkable woman. Not only was she as kind and genuine as the couple on their wedding day but I also learned that she has been heavily involved in human rights work and cofounded Physicians for Human Rights which received a Nobel Peace Prize! For all of her amazing accomplishments, she was incredibly humble and so vested in solidifying the love between Mariana and Michael. It was hard not to tear up during their intimate ceremony, watching these two say their vows to become husband and wife.

Here's a shoutout to the vendor's who helped create the day.
