Walpole, MA Yoga Photo Shoot at Bird Park {Universal Power Yoga Teacher Trainee Mini Sessions!}

How lovely to wrap up my outdoor yoga photo shoots for the year with this incredible group of yoga teacher trainees from Universal Power Yoga in Norwood, MA! UPY recently graduated it's second class of 200 hour yoga teachers just last month so I'd love to offer a huge congratulations to the whole team! Yoga Teacher Training was one of the most profound experiences of my life so it's really special for me to be able to work with so many new teachers, just graduating, just having gone through something so life changing. I could write on this  topic forever, but alas, I'll get to some previews from our lovely session at Bird Park in Walpole, MA! Enjoy! A big thanks to Kristen, Erin, Mann, Stacie, and Gillian!

If you're interested in taking a 200 hour yoga teacher training program at UPY, you're in luck! Their next training starting in January 2017! Head over to their website for more details. Giddy up!

Narragansett, RI Wedding at The Towers {Erin + Brian}

Erin and Brian's Narragansett beach wedding this past summer was absolutely picturesque. From the beautiful, tranquil ocean and sky to the sandy beach and warm sea air, this day couldn't have been dreamt up any better. And to top it off, Erin, Brian, their son Brayden, and their family and friends were all so incredible to work with.

This couple actually reached out after I photographed their cousin's Loon Pond Lodge wedding in Lakeville, MA last year {thanks for the referral, Morgan + Justin!} and I am so glad that they did because we had such a fun time working together. From our consultation {where Brayden actually played video games with my husband while we met!} to their Scarborough Beach engagement session, I loved every minute of fun and laughs with this family.

Their wedding day was nothing short of perfect, with the ceremony on the green under the gazebo and their reception at The Towers, right on the shoreline. And for everyone drooling over Erin's dress, I'm so excited to share that this stunning piece was made by none other than Brian's mom! Susan Troy is an incredible wedding dress designer and I highly recommend reaching out if you're in the market for a beautiful wedding dress. The delicate lace top and open back had my jaw dropped from the moment I saw it. How special to have your mother-in-law make your dress!

I could not be more excited to share this beautifully serene summer wedding with you! Enjoy!

2017 Off Auto Beginners Photography Workshop - January 29th is on!

If you missed the December 3rd workshop, don't you worry! Based on popular demand, I've added a date not too far away and perfect for your Christmas list, January 29th!

This workshop is perfect for beginner photographers who are looking to learn more about photography, specifically how to take their DSLR cameras off Automatic and into Manual. If you purchased a fancy camera {but defer to your phone instead} come learn more about it to make it less scary and more accessible. We'll learn how to manipulate the settings to create the photographs you are looking to capture.

This four-hour workshop will be held with no more than five students to keep an intimate and personalized setting, and will include a two-hour open forum presentation, one-hour practical {yes, actually using your camera!} and one-hour regroup with Q&A.

The cost is $295 and there are currently two promotions to reduce the cost for those looking to save a little money. The early bird $265 special starts today and runs through December 11th. And, if you book with a friend, you can take an additional $30 off. You read that right! If you do both, sign up before 12/11 and sign up with a friend, you can save $60 each!

Email me at tracy@thrgallery.com with any questions.

Note that you do not have to own any camera equipment to attend the workshop. I will have my equipment on hand for those who do not yet own DSLRs. If you do own a camera body and lens(s), I highly encourage you to bring your gear so that you can learn right on your own device.
