Happy Mother's Day to all of the lovely mothers in my life. From my own amazing mom to all of the mamas I photograph, I hope you all have a wonderful day today, and always.

How perfect that at my most recent yoga photo shoot with Humble Warrior Yoga, Debbie and Julie both brought there adorable little ones and both choose balance poses. Life's a balancing act! I have to say, seeing these two with their daughters made me even more excited to be becoming a mother myself this August {or September}.

Cambridge, MA City Hall Wedding {Wilberthe + Will}

There is nothing more intimate than a wedding ceremony with the bride and groom witnessed by their closest family and friends. I am honored that Wilberthe and Will chose me to photograph their intimate wedding this May at the Cambridge City Hall. We met for their beautiful ceremony and  took portraits of the happy couple with their immediate families and best friends on the City Hall lawn.

I think many couples getting married at City Hall don't think to hire a photographer because it's not your typical wedding. Well, hopefully my series on intimate weddings can help change that because I have to say, I absolutely love photographing them. When you strip away the details and focus on the ceremony and the people you're the closest with, you're left with something so beautiful, it's hard to put to words. I encourage you to take a look through my intimate wedding series if you're thinking of cerebrating your wedding in an intimate way.

Marshfield, MA Yoga Photo Shoot at Green Harbor Beach {w/ Kerry Clark}

This week's photo shoot had me dreaming of warm summer days. Now that we're in May, summer is almost here and it finally feels real.

I had the pleasure of photographing the beautiful Kerry Clark to capture some yoga images for her website and social media. Kerry suggested shooting at Green Harbor Beach in her town, Marshfield, MA and I am so glad that she did. All of my favorite beach elements, the beach grass, the jetty and the beach houses along the coast had me overcome with happiness and sentiments of home. - I grew up on the beach in CT. - So, without further ado, please enjoy some previews from our yoga photo shoot.
