Congratulations to the nearly 1,000 yogis who raised over $300,000 for Boston Children's Hospital through Yoga Reaches Out's 2017 Yogathon on April 30th! You are all incredibly inspiring.

Wayland, MA Wellness Photo Shoot {Kristin Dziadul of Thrive by Food}

I had the pleasure of working with Kristin Dziadul last week for her wellness photo shoot. Kristin is a health coach and owner of Thrive by Food. She focuses on helping clients with digestive issues (ulcerative colitis, leaky gut, autoimmune, acid reflux, etc.), fatigue and anxiety with the mission to help her clients not only recover, but to thrive again. Milton, MA Yoga Photo Shoot at Houghton's Pond {Chakra Power Yoga Mini Sessions}

Congratulations to the second group of teacher trainees to graduate from Chakra Power Yoga's 200 hour training! I remember my 200 hour well and can't help but feel a little jealous each time I work with a teacher training group because I definitely miss those days! A special thanks to Elissa, Kim, Adrienne, Amelia, Maura, Larissa, Michelle and Colleen!

For these minis, we met at the beautiful Houghton's Pond in Milton, MA to capture each teacher as they start out in the yoga teaching world! I'm thrilled to share a preview of them with you below. Enjoy!
