Boston, MA Wellness Photo Shoot on the Boston Esplanade {w/ Lorna Tanner}

I am excited to share previews from a wellness photo shoot I did with the lovely Lorna Tanner of Shimmering Moon Wellness. I was thrilled when she reached out to work together to develop images for her brand. Lorna is a Spiritual Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching offering intuitive healing. She holds a Master of Social Work and has experience as a clinical counselor. She is a certified Reiki Master with experience studying herbalism, shamanism, and holistic medicine. While I only know the very basics of these studies, I am constantly eager to learn more and apply it all. She was amazing to talk to and I know will help her clients tremendously. Lorna mentioned shooting by water and in Boston so the Esplanade felt like the perfect fit. I hadn’t shot in this location in three years and now I am itching to get back because it photographs like a dream. Enjoy!

Wayland, MA Branding Photo Shoot {W/ Ashley Butler of Feel Fire Flow Wellness}

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing the beautiful Ashley Butler to capture some images for her new wellness coaching business, Feel Fire Flow Wellness, which focuses on helping women who have experienced pregnancy loss or difficulty conceiving through healing, diet and lifestyle and stress management. Ashley recently graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I am so excited to shout out her business! Boston, MA Yoga Photo Shoot {W/ Lauren D'Angelo}

I could not be more thrilled that the beautiful Lauren D'Angelo was my muse for my first yoga photo shoot of 2017! Lauren's energy was absolutely palpable during our photo shoot; it was a blessing to photograph both her positivity and kindness that radiates in her smile, and her strength that comes through in her challenging poses.

This lady has a ton of amazing events and classes coming up that I'd love to shout out. You'll definitely want to check them out starting with her Family Yoga Workshop this Saturday, 3/4 at Universal Power Yoga in Norwood, MA. She has also created an amazing vin/yin style workshop called Evenflow which she'll be teaching at She Breathes Wellness and Balance in Walpole, MA on 3/10 and 4/7 and back at UPY on 4/21. You can sign up for these workshops and see her regular class schedules at UPY and Stil Studio in Dedham, MA through each of the studio's websites. Lauren is also teaching an outdoor yoga class to benefit Smith Farm on 5/6 at the beautiful Borderland State Park in Sharon, MA. How cool is that?

Lauren chose this charming brick Breather space in Boston for her photo shoot which photographed absolutely perfectly for this session. We had a gorgeous sunny day so the light coming in through the windows was abundant and we definitely capitalized on that to capture lightness in both the more accessible and the more challenging poses. We then headed down to the waterfront to incorporate some of the iconic Boston harbor into our photo shoot. I can't wait to share a few previews today!
